What to Expect During a Program
Whenever you attend one of our programs, you are greeted by an Arts & Minds artist/educator with special training in the needs of people with dementia and their caregivers. We’ll gather around a selected work of art to look, contemplate, and reflect. The educator leads the group in a conversation about the art connecting everyone’s observations, ideas and feelings. The discussion is often followed by a hands-on artmaking activity where everyone explores materials and creative expression. Find your joy in art at Arts & Minds!
